Shikkha Alo Foundation
NGO providing STEM education and scholarships to rural youth.
Shikkha Alo (“Light of Education”) Foundation is a registered NGO that operates after-school STEM clubs, mobile science labs and a merit-cum-need scholarship programme across seven districts.
Since Prof. Rahman took over as Managing Trustee, the foundation has doubled its scholarship pool and introduced an outcome-tracking framework for all programmes.

As Managing Trustee, Prof. Rahman is responsible for strategic direction, donor relations and governance, and chairs the monthly programme review.
